Daypop, A New Search Engine for Weblogs, Online Magazines, and Newspapers

Daypop, a new search engine that crawls the living web at least once a day, launched just the other day. Checking it out with at least 8 or 9 searches for latest news, weblogs, and various topics, I have a good first impression. According to his August 29th weblog post, Daypop’s creator Dan Chan will start on version 2 soon. Should be interesting to see what he does with this new tool.

In addition to the timely crawling of newspapers and online magazines, it’s also exciting to see that weblogs are being quickly indexed like this.
