Proving To the Terrorists That We Will NOT be Terrorized

We have been absolutely horrified by September 11th’s attacks. This is a day in our lives that most of us will remember forever, remembering where we were and what we were doing when we first heard the news. We’ve been glued to the news, glued to the Internet, watching, hoping, and praying for more survivors to be rescued.

We can show the terrorists that they won’t defeat us by continuing with our lives despite their horrendous acts. We will continue to support each other and keep going.

We can get back to work, our daily lives, and our usual routines as our part in keeping our wonderful country going. We can continue to make purchases as usual to keep our economy moving forward. We can help all the families and those around us. We can volunteer and donate whatever we’re able to give or provide, just as we’ve been doing.

Attack on America, help, resources, news, images, personal stories. Brainstorms and Raves - Role and This Site

I have copied all the links from posts here about the terrorist attacks to a new section, Attack on America. I will be updating that section daily with new links and I always greatly appreciate submissions. I’ve also added a category to the archives for posts related to this topic. I’ll continue to write posts here about Tuesday’s attack, of course, but they’ll be interspersed with the other usual topics here at Brainstorms and Raves.

This site is therefore one of the ways I’m continuing with daily life while also supporting the independent web’s major role in sharing and providing information. Even reporters and journalists are taking note of how important our role is on the Internet.

Each of us can make a powerful difference in the world one person at a time.
