User-Friendly Forms

Ever had to fill out a form that was a pain to fill out, awkward, clunky, or just didn’t work? Andrew Starling’s new article for WDVL, Usability and HTML Forms gives good insight about creating user-friendly forms for your site, especially for e-commerce.
