PDF, Frames, and Accessibility

Jim Byrne gives a good rundown of PDF accessibility challenges, issues and helpful solutions. As Jim states, PDF documents are not accessible by default. Jim has also recently written about accessibility and frames, and you’ll find more helpful tips and articles at his site, too.
