Web Design Misconceptions and Misinformation

Molly Holzschlag has written an exceptional and fascinating post on her perceptions from Web Design World 2004 conference in Boston, web design world cool-down. The great news is that she sees a positive shift happening in overall mood, feelings of job security, and there was a good turnout, as companies seem to paying for conferences again. In her post, Molly also clarifies many of the misconceptions she found at the conference. (98 words, 1 link)

Brainstorms and Raves Turns Four!

Today marks four years for Brainstorms and Raves, which I started December 7, 2000 with my post, First Post! Four years ago blogging wasn’t widely known. At this point, weblogs or blogs make international news, and even major news sites and companies have taken up blogging. Much has changed in these four years! (54 words, 1 link)
