There are a variety of possible approaches and programs for creating your own weblog, whether for business, personal, or community use. These programs make it easy to concentrate on writing and posting your content without necessitating HTML, design or other skills.
Many of those listed here include free web hosting, free templates, and full instructions. Most also offer more options for a fee to upgrade. There is also a listing of design templates (some free, some to purchase).
