The latest news yesterday to stun so many of us was the announcement of Macromedia acquiring Allaire.

So what does this mean for all of us using their products? Nick Finck coined it well in his email subject to the Web Designers Forum yesterday, "Dreamsite or Homeweaver?" (For those who aren’t familiar with some of the programs the real names are Dreamweaver and HomeSite.....[prior to the merger, at any rate!])

It will indeed be interesting to see what the results will be for all of us. Hopefully the best of both!
