Planning a Web Design Project

Check out IBM’s Web Design Guidelines in their Ease of Use section for quite a bit of information about planning a Web site project. They stress the ease of use and the user experience, too. They have sections on planning, design, production, maintenance, ecommerce tools, a bibliography.
