New Graphics Plugins and Filters: Harry’s Filters

If you haven’t tried Harry’s free graphics filters and plugins, consider checking out version 2.0, his latest version at The Plugin Site.

But that’s not all! The Plugin Site also offers several other freebies, including Photoshop actions; a PaintShop Pro pack with tubes, brushes and textures; transitions for Adobe Premiere; and more.
